Steven Mills Kaiser

   Dr. Steven Mills Kaiser, 72, Henderson passed away Sunday evening, April 28, 2024, at Samaritan Summit Village where he had shortly resided.

   Steven was born in Williamsville, NY May 15, 1951, son of Robert A. and Elizabeth (Mills) Kaiser. He was a graduate of Williamsville South High School, received his Masters Degree from St. John's University, and his PhD in Psychology from Texas A & M. 

   He married Corliss Carroll in Buffalo on July 28, 1983.

   Dr. Kaiser worked at several schools and retired from Rome City Schools as their school psychologist. He was a member of the Henderson Harbor Yacht Club. He enjoyed sailing, pickin’’ the banjo and laughing the night away with family and friends. He was an avid Buffalo Bills fan, a true connoisseur of mischief, and ruled his kitchen at Thanksgiving with an iron fist.

   Along with his wife, Corliss, Steven is survived by his son Benjamin Kaiser and companion Kim Sendlack, Sanford, NY; stepson Justin Porter and wife Rose, E. Aurora, NY; two step-granddaughters, Emma Porter and Morgan Dodd; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and two brothers, Robert A. and Mark L. Kaiser.

   A celebration of his life will be at his family's convenience.
