Patricia A. Hatfield

Patricia A. Hatfield, 67, Watertown, died Sunday, March 31, 2013, at Hospice of Jefferson County at the Ellis Farm. She was born in Watertown, the daughter of Hugh and Mary Marks. She married Kenneth Hatfield at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church on April 15, 1972; the marriage ended in divorce.

Patty graduated from Watertown High School in 1963. She was employed by Starbuck School for 15 years in the breakfast program. She also volunteered in the library at Sacred Heart while her daughter attended school there. She loved to read, especially about Ronald Reagan, her favorite President.

She is survived by her mother as well as a daughter, Krista Hatfield (Rochester, NY), a sister, Pamela Perkins (Orlando, FL), a nephew, Matthew Perkins (Orlando, FL), and an aunt, Virginia Steinaker (Watertown, NY).

Calling hours will be on Wednesday, April 3, from 4 - 7PM at Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown. A prayer service will be at the funeral home on Thursday, April 4, at 10:15AM followed by the funeral mass at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Church at 11AM. Burial will be in Glenwood Cemetery following the mass.
