Nancy A Bolton, 55, passed away at her home in Watertown Friday, April 17, 2026.
Nancy was born in Watertown May 27, 1970, daughter of Michael G. and Anita M. (DiMinico) Bolton. She was a graduate of General Brown High School. Nancy’s early life included her relationship with John Smith, whom she shared the gift of two children.
She had worked as an assembler for Chapins Watermatics and then for Stature Electric. Nancy enjoyed crafting, music, and her animals.
Nancy was a loving and devoted mother who cherished her children, Nicole and Adam, above all else. She shared in every joy and every hardship they experienced, loving them with her whole heart.
She is survived by her longtime companion Frederick L. Hart, Jr. and sons Cody and Jakob Hart ; father Michael G. Bolton and wife Bobbi, Grass Lake; mother Anita M. Bolton, Watertown; daughter Nicole M. Smith, Charlotte, NC; son Adam M. Smith, Charlotte, NC; sister Cheryl Bolton, Hyde Park and her two daughters, Morgan and Julia Reuter; brother David M. Bolton, wife Krista, Theresa and daughter Katlyn Catalina; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held on Friday, April 24, from 11:00 am to 1:00 PM at Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown followed by a funeral service at 1:30 pm at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) and St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
