Kerstin L. Nemeth

Kerstin L. Nemeth, 67, Willow Ave., Evans Mills, passed away Wednesday morning, December 19, 2012, at Hospice of Jefferson County, Watertown.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, December 22, 2012, at 2PM at Sackets Harbor Military Cemetery with Rev. Anne Wichelns officiating. There will be no calling hours and arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown.

Mrs. Nemeth was born in Stockholm, Sweden on November 10, 1945, daughter of Sixten and Majbritt Rohr Samuelsson. She married Charles B. Nemeth in Stockholm on February 20, 1971. He died May 19, 2011. Kerstin had worked for H & R Block for 20 years and was a member of St. Andrew's Shared Ministry and the Evans Mills Home Bureau. Kerstin enjoyed arts and crafts and was an avid reader.

She is survived by her father, Sixten Samuelsson, Stockholm, Sweden, son, Dr. Stephen Nemeth, Greenville, NC, daughter, Christina Nemeth, Atlanta, GA, two nieces, and one nephew. Besides her husband, Charles, she was predeceased by her mother, Majbritt Samuelsson, and her brother, Bengt Samuelsson.
