Joyce Ann (Connor) Phillips

    A graveside service will be held for Joyce A. Phillips on Wednesday, April 23, 2025 at Brookside Cemetery at 11 AM with Fr. Frank Natale, pastor of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart, presiding.

   Joyce Ann Phillips, 78, formerly of Watertown, died December 15, 2024 at her home in Pensacola, FL. 

   She is survived by husband, Clyde E. Phillips, Sr.; daughter Deborah (Daryl) Wibble; son Clyde E. Phillips, Jr.; grandchildren, Tyler (Morgan) Wible, Charlotte Wible, Lindsay Phillips, and Sarah Phillips; great grandson Paxton Phillips; a sister and brothers. She was predeceased by daughter Catherine Phillips, parents William (Ruth) Connor; and grandparents Raymond (Clysta) Wilson.
