David A. Fields, 57, State St., Watertown died Saturday morning, September 7, 2013.

There will be no services and arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown.

David was born in Watertown on August 9, 1956, the son of Edward V. and Josephine P. O'Hanlon Fields.

He is survived by his two brothers and their wives, Patrick F. and Linda J. Fields, Watertown and Michael E. and Marcia L. Fields, Dexter and his sister, Kathleen O'Hanlon Fields, Bremerton, WA. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, John G. Fields, who died in infancy, and his sister, Helen M. Fields Molloy.
