I met "Bert" while she was a resident at Samaritan Summitt Village. My mom was a resident there also and came to know your mom because they were "assigned" the same table to eat at. They became fast friends and enjoyed watching Jeopardy together. They had lively discussions about just about any topic you could imagine. I went to Bingo and various musical features with them and enjoyed there thoughts on life, politics, and numerous other topics. the one topic they always enjoyed talking about was family. Bert loved her family very much and enjoyed their visits. I only managed to see Bert once after my mom died, due to the COVID issue. But boy I sure enjoyed that visit and I know Bert did too. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Miss you Bert!
We are sorry to hear of the passing of your mom. We remember seeing and meeting both her and your dad at your place and visiting with them both. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time.
