Mary Ann Maloney Denardo, 59, Watertown and formerly of Clayton died Friday, December 27, 2019, as the result of an accident.

A funeral mass will be celebrated in May 2020 at St. Mary's Church, Clayton followed by burial in St. Mary's Cemetery. There are no calling hours and arrangements are entrusted with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Clayton.

Mary Ann was born in Watertown on September 17, 1960, daughter of Dr. Edward J. and Mary E. (Gillick) Maloney, Sr.. She was a 1978 graduate of Thousand Islands High School and received her Bachelor's Degree from Trinity University, Burlington, VT. She was a former member of St. Mary's Church. Mary Ann enjoyed music and was talented - playing bass, guitar, trumpet, and piano to name a few.

She is survived by her brother and his wife, Edward J. "Jack" (Mary) Maloney, Jr., Gaithersburg, Maryland and their four children, and cousins. Her husband predeceased her.

Remembering MaryAnn and all the fun times at Sand Bay and Cedar Point. We shared our interest in music together, loss contact after her accident and my moving away... but still think of those times fondly. RIP Mary... but jam your bass if you can!
