William A. PattersonWilliam A. "Bill" Patterson, 51, of Calcium, passed away Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at Samaritan Medical Center.

Calling hours will be held at Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Watertown on Sunday, June 11, from 1 - 4PM. The funeral service will be at the convenience of the family.

Bill was born in Watertown on July 8, 1965, son of Daniel and Linda Wright Patterson. He attended General Brown School and graduated from Immaculate Heart Central School. He received his Associates Degree in Business from Canton ATC.

On April 17, 1992 he married Anna M. Amo.

Bill was the owner of Amo's Income Tax Service in Calcium. Bill loved life and especially liked to keep busy (mowing, building, fixing at all hours of the day). He also enjoyed caring and tending for animals on his hobby farm. His greatest joy was his family and children whom he loved, joked with and above all, always put first.

Along with his wife, Anna, Bill is survived by his father, Daniel, of FL and mother, Linda, of Watertown; his four children, William D. Patterson and wife, Rebecca, Dexter, Michael Cody Patterson, Calcium, Daniel A. Patterson and fiancée, Kayla, Adams, and Katlynn Patterson, Calcium; two sisters, Shayne Feinberg and husband, Jason, Geneva and Tricia Swartz and husband, Christopher, Watertown; one aunt, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family wishes donations in his name to the Northpole Fire Dept., 22350 US Rt. 11, Watertown, NY 13601. Online condolences to his family may be made at www.cummingsfuneral.com.

I was so very sorry to hear about Bill's passing. I had lost my son who was 52 in Dec and Bill so graciously helped me in my time of need. He will be so missed, not only for his work but for his family.

I am so sorry for the family's loss. I have not seen Billy (that's what we called him back then) much in our adult years, but I will never forget what a big part of my childhood he was. Billy taught me to drive in the fields of the farm along with Patty.He always had a smile and was such a good natured person. My heart and prayers goes out to all who knew him.
