The graveside service for Elsie Louise Cerow Higgins Fegely will be held on Monday, December 3, 2012, at 11AM at Old St. Mary's Cemetery, Clayton with Rev. Arthur LaBaff officiating. Local arrangements are with Cummings Funeral Service, Inc., Clayton.

Mrs. Fegely, 100, formerly of Clayton, died October 23 in New Smyrna Beach, FL.
