Saddened to hear of Mr. LoVerde’s passing. When we think of St. Francis we automatically think of him! All three of our children Amy, Maggi, & Elliot had the honor of know him. He was a kind man and always had a smile to greet you. He loved his job and most of all the kids. He definitely made a positive and lasting impact on our kids.

I remember Mr. LoVerde as the best P.E. teacher and soccer coach I ever had! I recall many fond memories of the time I spent with him as a student at SFX and on the soccer team in 8th grade. He will greatly be missed! My condolences to his family, and may the good Lord Jesus be watching over him!

I knew him back in elementary and middle school as Coach LoVerde. He was one of the best people I'd ever met. He was always so kind, caring, patient, and full of life! I have so many fond memories of him! I am in another state now and won't be able to make it to his funeral. So please give him one last goodbye for me!

Mr. LoVerde will be deeply missed. He was wonderful to my family and myself in the 10 years I spent as a student at SFX. From playing numerous sports with him, to him rolling students down the hallways in his green chair.. some of my best memories include him.

Lenny and I met at St. Francis Xavier Catholic School in 1989 and worked together until retirement. Lenny was always kind to me and was a good listener. He could also be a stinker if he wanted to! I will miss you Lenny and I hope you are at peace with the Lord Jesus! Condolences to your family especially Anne!

Lenny was my closest friend in high school and college. I have so many memories I couldn’t count them all. We reconnected over the past year and I will cherish the time we had together. When I visited him in the hospital he was always positive and upbeat. He was not going to let this disease get the best of him. He has gone on to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and I know I will see him again. Condolences to the family.
